Most of the time, excuses are made out of pure laziness. For people who are constantly making excuses. The negative energy it takes to do so could be used on getting things DONE! Great things come to those who work hard for it and that goes for everything in life. Opportunities will pass you by if you don’t take advantage of them. Simple as that. So the next time you hear someone whining about why they aren’t where they want to be in life. Ask them what have they done to get there. Get your Life. Stop Depending on the next person. Get your Mind Right, Body and Health.. Do what you have to do to get ahead. I Promote Fitness, Health, and Happiness. #GetFit

Jas Fly: WHAT'S GOSSIP: I'M TIRED OF BLACK WOMEN FIGHTING ON TV... →
#love and hip hop
I’m tired of watching Black women fight on TV.
We’re two episodes into The Gossip Game and last night we witnessed our second fight. Sigh.
When I accepted Mona Scott-Young’s invitation to sit down for a casting meeting, I was more than skeptical. This was three weeks into Love & Hip Hop…
What Alex Says:
Kudos to JasFly for posting this, but still… I believe Mona Scott-Young IS to blame for some of this madness. In my latest blog post, I mentioned how Scott-Young perpetuates the fighting among minority women and profits greatly from it. Granted, she can’t force people to act a certain way but continuously giving them a platform is ridiculous. I honestly couldn’t sit through the entire second episode of “The Gossip Game” because I heard a cast member continuously define and use the word “ratchett” while being ratchett herself. It was just too annoying… Does anyone else watch this show or have input on the topic at hand?
Do you gave a instagram?
